Controlled Fires at Big Creek

Staff at Big Creek State Park will begin using prescribed fire as a management tool in the upcoming weeks. These fires are heavily managed and controlled. Weather can affect controlled burning, so exact dates are not set. Most fires will be conducted from March 12 – May 1.
